Chess.com and Lichess.org are two popular online platforms for playing chess, each offering unique features and benefits. Chess.com provides a comprehensive platform with a wide range of resources, including lessons, puzzles, and articles, making it a great choice for players looking to improve their skills. It also offers various game modes, tournaments, and a large player base for competitive play. However, some users may find the free version limited in terms of features and may need to subscribe to access advanced tools. On the other hand, Lichess.org is known for its open-source nature, providing a completely free platform with no ads or paywalls. It offers a seamless user experience with features like analysis tools, game databases, and a strong emphasis on fair play. Lichess.org also has a vibrant community and a user-friendly interface. Despite these advantages, some users may miss certain features available on Chess.com, such as structured lessons and official ratings. In summary, Chess.com is ideal for players seeking a comprehensive learning experience and a diverse range of features, while Lichess.org appeals to those looking for a free, ad-free platform with a focus on fair play and community engagement. Players can choose based on their preferences for features, community, and pricing.

Amazing. ChatGPT.

VenemousViper

I like both. Chess.com has a cleaner interface, lessons, forums & drills, but lichess has one thing chess.com seriously lacks : unlimited free puzzles.

DogMallow

I think you should do chess.com if you want to improve

ChessMasteryOfficial

Use both.

Great job ChadGPT.

А как по мне,и lichess хороший,и chess com! Ведь у каждого сайта свои достоинства и недостатки!

Hedgehog1963

Imagine a site where chess is free, for everyone, forever. Unlimited puzzles, 40 free games analysis a day, all lessons and learning tools available to everyone. The only thing chess dot com has that Lichess doesn't have is a series of paywalls.

Krishaimoves

Chess.com

Borisespazqui

Krishaimoves

Shut up

olebon

I respect Chess.com for supporting Ukraine. Lichess is the opposite, it is full of Putin's fascists.

I mean lichess it's free whereas chess.com is just Makin business out of an old Game like chess, which is ridiculous

It's this opinion that is ridiculous. I suppose they should offer everything, without compromising anything, for free? How would this be maintained?
