Chess Videos: "Video Stream Not Found"???

Hello all! I am a premium member here and have enjoyed watching the videos presented. Unfortunately when I try to watch them today, the video screen remains black and says "Video stream not found" and then gives the link to that video. It's done this for all the videos. Any ideas?

Right, sorry for the troubles! We are aware of this problem and working to fix this as soon as possible!

The problem seems to be fixed now. Thank you for the quick response and resolving the issue! 

     Edit, after refreshing around 10 times, it finally worked. will respond again if it doesn't work :D Thanks! I think the problem is it just needs a couple of refreshes on the browser and it loads.

This issue has bumped it's self again on Sam Shankland's video "How to be a Better Blitz Player"http://www.chess.com/video/player/how-to-be-a-better-blitz-player

I watched a video before ( Elliot Liu's video) that had the same problem but I replayed it and it worked, but the video above (Sam Shankland's video) I have refreshed and replayed etc but is not wanting to respond :X

I am getting this error for all videos I try. I tried refreshing the same video several times to no avail. I'm hoping this is fixed as promptly as the first time this problem arose. Thanks!

Yes, I am once again having this problem. managed to watch the videos (see post above) but all the videos are now messed up.

It seems to be back to working now
