Hello chess fans. Today, at 1 PM Pacific/4 PM Eastern(GMT -8), Chess.com/TV brings you "Pardon Our Blunders" with IMs Danny Rensch and David Pruess, with one extra special guest today--IM Dean Ippolito, who is a member of the U.S.C.L. team the New Jersey Knockouts. This show is open to Platinum/Diamond Members.
IM Ippolito, according to his Official Website, has postponed his World Record attempt at a 500 game simul because there is apparently an investigation into an event held in October by Israeli Grandmaster Alek Gershon. According to his site, the event is re-scheduled for April of 2011, and as a fellow New Jerseyite, I wish him all the best and good luck! For more information in what *would have* happened follow this link, to Chessdom.com.
So please tune in today at 1 PM/4 PM Pacific(GMT -8), as I am sure this subject and many others will be talked about. Follow this link to Chess.com TV. We hope to see you there as it will be sure to be a show not to miss.
And remember, the Official Chess.com/TV Group will be opening up it's doors in the near future. To anyone who wants to join, please send me--ChessMarkstheSpot--a message and you will be put on the exclusive invite list. These members will be invited prior to launch to get to know the lay of the land. DO NOT apply to join the group as we are not ready to open yet.
