What do you think is the best thing and the worst thing of this site? what should improve?

I think the 'baddest' thing on the site is the incorrect use of superlatives.

An unforgivable atrocity! You sir have been charged with the incorrect use of superlatives and shall serve a sentence of no less than 10 seconds by giving thought to the error of your ways...

hmm..now that we've got that out of the way.. The best thing, imho is Chess and everything that has to do with Chess in this site and the er.. 'baddest' thing - I seriosuly dunno.. 

the best thing is the Tactics trainer and the worst thing is that your rights to do something as Basic Member are getting more and more limited by the day...

 what rights have you lost as a basic member since you joined?  I know premium menbers get more and more as time goes on so the gap may be widening but I'd be interested to see what you've lost other that tastics trainer time.

Best thing: chess.com is an international community.

BADDEST thing: Don't know..maybe the fact that sometimes the connection with live chess falls, and it makes you lose game and points!!

Now and then you come across things which isolate you a bit more, like vote chess games ONLY for prmium members, and were no longer allowed to use the interactive map. There are probably other things as well that I can't think of, these are just two examples

The bestest thing about this site is:

The members from around the world.  Whom I would never get to know

     or play against. 

Everything the site already offers and knowing there will improvements and

    added features because the staff is always striving to better the site.

Dreaming of the day when "Live Chess" is a stable and reliable platform to

    play real time tournaments on.  It is only a matter of time.

The Worstest thing about this site:

From time to time there is a language barrier between players.

i think the best thing is the flexability of games, like strength of your opponant and time limits etc . . . the worst thing is that basic members can no-longer view the statistics of the players they verse.

no offense, but if the worst thing about this site is that non-paying members don't get the benefits of paying members then i think this site is doing exceptionally well.

bestest things: CHESS, tatics trainer, the community, and many others

baddest things: live chess still in beta (i know it's the #1 priority for the staff right now), and i really can't think of another one...
