Poor sportsman ship taken to a new level

I have had a similar experience where the person was even more disgusting that I cannot and DO NOT want to even repeat his words just to inflame me - he succeeded unfortunately in distracting me enough with verbal jibes that I lost time, and lost the game. However, I had my screen shots of the issue, and compained officially through the help desk, and thank fully, i got a prompt response from the administrator that they would indeed directly work with the offender. whether they did or not is unclear, but it felt great that I was heard by the admin on this forum, and that too within a day. I am used to just words like GG or Wow, nice move, or even helpful hints when the other players knows I am making mistakes to say - it could have been better with e7 etc... complain, and make sure you are heard.
