Constant disconnections in Live chess

Am I the only one here suffering from constant disconnections in Live chess? This forced me to abandon Blitz and switch to Rapid, but the problem has gotten so bad that I am not even able to complete a Rapid game anymore, so often do I become disconnected.

When I look at the Android app page on Google Play store, I notice many people complaining about this, so chess.com cannot not be aware of the issue. Nevertheless, it just becomes worse and worse, with no attempt by the management to explain or solve it. Is it time to try to bring pressure on them, by for example cancelling paid subscriptions en masse?

I don't use the Android app but I seem to recall reading several complaints about it lately - and no compliments. At the risk of asking a dumb question is there any other way you can get online?

Find out what device the people are using in live chess that do not have that problem. Get details. Might have to sell yours or delter the apps and install it. That is what i heard in a thread a couple days ago about 4 - 7 days ago.

Thats why folks, i use the computer.
