You have been a member for more than five years.  You have played hundreds of games, done thousands of puzzles,  many lessons, etc.

It looks like you have run Game Review many times.

I think you must know your way around the site pretty well.

Did you run the Insights yet?   They will show you many interesting things about the types of mistakes you are making.

I have done game review but not sure what it is, never paid attention to same. Game insights no idea what is it.

Don't worry about Inspector Gadget over here. 90% of his posts are just the results of his detective hunt into your history. Truth is, there's a lot of ways to use the site more effectively, and it's good to ask.

Game Review runs two types of analysis at the same time. It looks for blunders and well-played moves, and it runs a centipawn analysis. The first part is the whole game review, where it will take you through your game and show you each significant moment. This can be really useful if you've made the same mistake a lot and are curious to see what the best move was. It does this weird thing where it zips through all the in-between moves, which of course you won't remember playing, so just scroll back through the moves and look at what you played, try to remember what you were thinking, etc.

This is stuff to do if you have the patience and wherewithal. If you don't, you can still run Game Review to make use of the centipawn analysis. This will help tell you if someone is using an engine to give them their moves. If their score is too high, file a report, on the off-chance that the person who reviews it will find that they cheated. It's not ultimately the best idea, but the cheat detection isn't something we understand to begin with. With a diamond membership you can run endless analysis.

Some of the videos are more user-friendly than others. There are those, too. The video guide is the place to start on that.

More than anything, it's about recognizing your own level of attention span, so you know what your current capacity is. Then you work to improve on it. Don't worry about starting at the right spot. Anywhere you start should be good.

Why would you buy the membership if you don't know what to do with it?! This is why you play chess and not do other more productive things in your life.

I’m wondering the same question, though I just started learning a few days ago. Everyone keeps saying to do tactics, watch videos, and use the coach but the options in the iOS app seem to be different than the desktop version. Am I looking in the wrong spot or are is the app more simplified? Did you ever get direction of how to make the most of your membership?

The app is simplified, but if you have a wifi connection, you might prefer to go to chess.com on the Safari browser, and you'll get full functionality of the site on your phone.
