 Absolutely, I have asked several times to change the leaderboard... maybe would be nice to include a Elo Rating to give a clear idea of the groups potential... with the current leaderboard, you have no clue!

 Hey, our group no need promotion... :)

 It is not about democracy and/ or imposing ideas. It is simply about enjoying good games. If you go throught our games archive you will see that we enjoy the games at the time we learn a lot (at least that's my case)... to call it vote chess is not what really matters... (I would say, that even winning or losing is not the important point either, is the team work, members relationships and chess mentoring what really matters)

I agree, a better name would probably be consultation chess.

I find it extremely helpful to get access to stronger players' thinking processes during the game. There are a few groups who do this well, and a few that don't. I don't play vaote chess in those.
