do you need to pay to play?

i downloaded this app yesterday, played a few computer games. App was showing human players as possible game.. didn't do that then. then i dis puzzle and it then told me to create a user login. i did that. now i cannot play any games.. when i touch play it won't show human.. and all i get is trial. free trial.... this seems like bait and switch. so do i need to pay to play?

The puzzles are limited for basic accounts but you can play games without a premium membership. It may suggest a trial occasionally, but you can still create game challenges and be paired.
