Does a game have to be over before chess.com can analyze it for cheating?

I'm in the midst of a game (online, not live, obviously) where my opponent is cheating like gangbusters, using a chess program like fritz for practically every move. I reported this but to date nothing. He may or may not cheat in his other games. Don't know and don't care. All I know is that he's cheating egregiously in this one. However it's not over yet, even though I'm in a badly losing position, I'm hoping he gets his account banned before he checkmates me.

Will chess.com analyze this game or does it have to be over first? In general how long does it take for chess.com to take action?

Obviously you are a much better player than I am, so please excuse me if my question sounds foolish, but how do you know he is cheating?  Is he just playing way above his rating or what?

Read the rules, cheating is not to be discussed in these forums. Try the Cheating discussion group, where this question has been answered several times, as well as virtually every other possible question about cheating.

How do I know he's cheating? Easy, I checked.  I became highly suspicious when he kicked my ass all over the board and is rated 250 below me. Sure enough, I found out that the game has proceeded exactly as it would have had I been playing against Fritz 11. If that's not evidence of cheating then I don't know what is.

I hope you resigned the game after checking it against Fritz 11 otherwise you are in breach of the rules yourself

One thing is clear.  A game has to be over before you check your opponents moves against Fritz 11.
