Donate to Chess.com

I kind of already gave a donation to chess.com.  I recently paid for a yearly diamond membership but soon after decided chess was beginning to fry my brain, and closed the account.  A bit of a brash move... probably should have just finished my games and took a break.  It's a couple of weeks later now and I'm back playing again on this new account and heck I'll probably buy another membership soon.  So it'll be 2 memberships for myself in a year.  Bleh I'd rather give my money to chess.com though, something I actually enjoy, than send it to some ambiguous non-profit that is probably corrupt anyway.

Some people help others, others help themselves.

Erik is the former not the the latter.

Erik is gracious and is not greedy.  The little bit of energy he gets from his members, memberships and the like, hardly equals the energy Erik and workers give back.

This topic is nearly the same as another tread erik started    http://www.chess.com/forum/view/community/what-have-you-done-for-chesscom-lately      and it again gives me a bad feeling as chess.com is being some kind of a sect or church where the congregation have to give something to the collection during service.

I paid my membership and even offered one and I relay don't like feeling that I not am doing or paying enough for using chess.com.

My point is that if chess.com needs money it schould get them other wise like raising the membership fee ,with 783.070 members it schould be possibly. Knowing that this number might count every one ever opened a account on chess.com and the real number is much less, but please stop begging.

To point it out once more if the membership fee is to low raise them  as chess.com is worth it.
