Draws

Hey everybody,

I had a question and or comment to make about perpetual check and the same three move draws. I just played a game like this and at least by Chess.com rules I and the person that I was playing with drew with perpetual check, but not with three moves. Has this happend to anyone else? I will post the move chart so people can see. I did this more for a test of Chess.com becasue I could have easily won, but I wanted to "check it out" (sorry bad pun)

Thanks for taking a look and please let me know if you think that three move checkmate should be implemented or not in this situation,

That was a draw by repetition not check mate of any sort. The definition of check mate is as follows: a position in wich a player's king is UNDER ATTACK and no matter what move that player makes the king will be captured on the next move. as in something like this:

But this is NOT mate, it is a draw:
and this is draw by repetition:

Under the rules of chess "Perpetual" check isn't a draw.  Players accept a draw once it is demonstrated as 3 position repetition or the 50 move rule will invoke and why waste the time?
