Why have chess.com prevented me from logging in, with my previous account. I’ve had to make a new account now ! ….I’ve lost nearly for months of my gold membership, lost all my friends, lost all my game and puzzle ratings …would they please be decent enough to explain why this has happened

The glasses pose is when you are in the game and he chats. When you look at his cover however he looks like the first photo. Also the reason your strategies won’t work is because the AI also uses different strategies each time. That why

His move order changes every time, so you just have to beat him by being decent at chess
Here is a game I won earlier today, as you can see it makes a lot of mistakes
Can anyone tell me why the Duolingo bot's pfp is different and how to beat him? I've looked up how to beat the Duo bot but whenever I try one of the strategies, it doesn't go as plan and I cant beat him. As for the profile picture, mine looks like this:
While every other guides' looks like this:
Does this have anything to do with why he's playing differently? Thanks!
