ending of games by the server

I have very often the problem that live games are stopped because the server tells that another login was detected. I think this problem comes due to the android login of my mobile phone. Also the androis client very often fails, for example after playing live with white and changing to black it just stopps. How comes? This is causing that I get a warning that I do not have to end games by logging off.

What can I do so that this doesn't happen any more?

There's a couple issues going on here. First, if you are accessing Live Chess through two devices or two tabs on the same computer/device, the server is programmed to disconnect you. The second is a recent issue with the Android app which I believe to be fixed by a new update. Will you try uninstalling the app completely and re-installing it please?

Hay veces que me dice conexión interrumpida y mi red está perfecta. Siempre ocurre cuando el rival está perdido.
