erik say he is blimp but he is not fat!!!

OK I get message and it say hello, I am erik and now I have lost weight you can too!  And so there is site, but it have pictures too and he is not fat, he dont even have belly!  And I think I will stay potato forever because I like flab and exercize it is very hard and I think he look very nice and friendly before he start to lose but now he just look mean like lean mean fighting machine!  And to watch tv is very fun instead of going to jim to lift weight and put it back, is crazy thing to do!  Is like when I was in army and we had to dig hole and then put dirt back.  Very stupid, but we could not say this or they get very mad and send us to brig.

He was a little bloppy in the mid-section. And in very unflattering light. He seems to have improved.

Well, finally Clifton has said something I can sort of agree with.  The truth is, I'm probably kinda jealous of the big E (even if he spells it with a small "e").  I've just gotten over spending a month dieting and I still look like his "before" picture (or maybe even a little worse).  I mean, he goes from looking like this:

To looking like this:

And I still look like this:

Oh OK now I find out that Mr. finc he try to starve me!  He call it diet but I wonder why all the time I am waking up now and very hungry and I have to eat like pig just to fill up so my belly it will not ache no more!  And now everybody can see how mean Mr. finc is, is like I say he is very very bad man!!!

Oh for cryin out loud Clifton, I wasn't trying to starve you, I was just on a diet!  And now, thanks to your sabotage, after a month of suffering we still look like a blancmange!

Well my friend, it is a choice we have to make. Eat anything you desire, but look worse, feel worse, live less, and have less agility. However, if you adjust your diet, and I am speaking from experience, you 'will' eventually want to eat less, yes it's true, you will feel more energetic, you will look good to yourself and other people. The benefits are endless. I am also quite certain Erik is far happier guy now, due to feeling better, healthier and looking better. If you aren't seeing results for yourself then you are most probably not trying hard enough, and results are the biggest motivation. 

OK is easy then, I will eat anything, thank you Mr. child!
