i very good at tacticts (56 in puzzle rush) but this is more of a pawn 4 position how to know to take the pawn or not?
aslo HOW TO DEVELOP WHITE BISHOP IN THIS OPENING!!! or any of the knights for that matter
also should i play blitz or bullet to get used to low time?
i feel like i hurts my rapid cuz im used to " just move already"
tnx in advance
also im coaching my younger sister how to train her not to give away free pieces?
( shes very smart and understands tacticts and finds checkmate very well

It depends on how she is giving away her pieces. If she is hanging them without keeping them safe, then GM Daniel Naroditsky has some good videos on YouTube about types of undefended pieces (pieces are safest when protected by one of your own pawns).
If she is sacrificing pieces for not enough compensation, then maybe start teaching your sister some common theoretical endgames and she'll learn the value of material, since endgames teach that.
and just the endgame of this
( move 38) i was 1 tempo off from mate didnt notice when pawn promotes its check
Hi, so I had this game recently, and I just couldn't see any plan and my opponent dominated me in the positional game, leading to me blundering in the endgame.
