Game abortion and connection failure

Hey guys!

First of all I wanna say that I love this chess community and that I really enjoy the games and the people in here! :)

But Im a lil bit confused about the opening. Most of the games get cancelled before they really start. Is there any reason? Wrong color shuffled etc.?

And when a game finally began, it doesnt take a long time til the opponent has spontaneous connection problems - suprisingly in double mill situations (do you that in reference to chess?)...

Is this usual? Or is it just a problems in the "lower" ELO classes?

Ya, I dont doubt that. But I ask myself why most ppl abort the game. Is there any reason?
