games not registering...

hi, just a quick question and I already suspect human error on my part, but I've played two games (and won both) in the last fortnight but it doesn't see to be registering on my w-l-d tally?    also, when I look back at the games it only shows the last one - the previous doesn't come up at all!  i quite liked that game too and wanted to go through it...  any ideas peeps?!  ta!

Not a clue, except to suggest you click on Help & Support at the bottom of the page and contact the staff - after you read this and try out a few solutions such as changing browsers etc

For future reference tell us your OS & browser versions and the dates/times you played these games (or had other problems) sometimes you'll discover many other members did too, indicating the problem was at this end not at your end.

BTW the 2 games were blitz? Turn-based? 960?

It only keeps stats for rated games.

Were those games rated ?  As Scottrf points out, only rated games are counted towards your W/L/D tally !

Only one game from the last 6-months shows up on your games list (that includes rated as well as unrated games) so definitely something wrong there but not anything you've done !  Best to report it to the staff - you can use this link:-

Edit: You can always do what I do to ensure you don't lose any of your games - when a game has just finished & you're still looking at the diagram/board, click on the 'Get PGN' button & it will download the .pgn file of the game to your PC.

It's a simple text file which you can load into a PGN editor such as Game Editor on this site & play through anytime you want. I have a single, large text file of all my games just in case the chess.com servers ever crash & burn !
