Well I must say that I'm a bit confused after reading thru this thread. Mind you I've been in a state of confusion for most of my life so I guess that there is nothing new under the sun.

Seeing as we celebrated the new year only a week or two ago, that's a very timely salutation 
although I'm not sure if this might be the Eastern Orthodox easter which is, of course, different from the other ones. (apparently in Greece they don't hunt for easter eggs but instead they joust with them).
