I think that you are wrong in all of this.
Why? did you play against it? turn the engine on and play the best moves, then check the final accuracy of both, it isn't that hard to check the facts.

If you were able to beat the maximum Komodo chess engine, how come you're not a master player yet?
Those who say they did must prove it.
If not liars. 3200 ELO is above all world champions.
Maths and chess are logical, 3200 is unbeatable. bots at this level don't make any mistake even the slightest.
You are confusing basic facts, you just don't know what you are talking about.
3200 on chess.com is not equal to 3200 FIDE, not even close. On chess.com, there are humans who have 3200+. Just look at the blitz and bullet leaderboard.
https://www.chess.com/leaderboard/live
For an engine, 3200 on chess.com is absolutely pathetic. Just because it is called "Maximum bot" it does not mean that it is good.
Just to correct some things, first no, it isn't chess.com ratings, but based yes on FIDE ratings, this can easily be proven by the ELO on the impersonification of the players like hikaru, levy, and any other player that have chess com ratings way above their fide ratings, and yes they are somewhat precise because you can check their videos playing against themselves and it usually is pretty even.
Second, yes it is that good, you can check GMs playing it, and if it was 3200 chess com ratings, some of them would be able to beat it easily or at least not lose 15 times before getting a win. The thing is, chess.com sometimes bugs when you choose a certain bot to play against, and you get paired against a way different bot than what you think you are playing, so if someone here played the 3200 bot and it hung a piece, you should refresh and restart the game, because no 3200 engine would easily hang anything. To give even a bigger example, Magnus Carlsen has a single game against it with 96+ accuracy which was a draw... so...
Third, this one I am 90% certain, the ratings are based on rapid ratings, and because you don't have a time limit, you can beat much higher ELO bots, because it is playing on an accuracy more close to rapid, there are some GMs that have videos beating and sweating to beat the 3200 bot, but they took much more time than a rapid game would allow.
Fourth, but last, it is still a machine, it might repeat a bunch of openings and middle game moves, which means that replaying the same engine over and over again, might give you an edge you wouldn't have against humans.
I think that you are wrong in all of this.
