its never been a problem for me.prehaps your computer isnt current or has a virus or something.

Found the problem! Its Googe Chrome! Seriously. I went back to my standard firefox browser and it works perfect now.
I use a Mac on Google. Is that my problem too? I get nothing or unreadable code.
Every time I try to insert a chess game into a message to send to a friend of mine, I complete it and click insert, and when it goes back to the message, it shows a placeholder. I had spent a long time creating one, and inserted it and sent the message, but he returned my message saying it was just a placeholder and he could not view it. How do you insert it? I've tried 3 times. It has worked in teh past but it is not working now.
