Highest online rating

As the name says it, who has the highest online rating on chess.com? 

Do you mean highest legitimate rating or highest rated regardless of whether they used engines or not?

I believe that there was somebody who broke 3000 once, but he got banned soon after. A good chunk of the other 2700-2800+ rated are probably using engines as well, so it is really hard to say who has the highest real rating.

But how to figure out if someone's using an engine? Maybe he/she is just a great player  ... I know, comparing moves with the moves a computer would do, but what if he/she uses a computer for the first let's say 10 moves, then plays 4-5 on his/her own?
