They can still track the new account. It says, Once the suspension is finished, you will get to create a new account, but you won't get your old account back. The only con is You will never get your old account back, unless you contact support.

If the original closure was for a bad enough reason, new accounts will get closed as soon as they are found.

Sorry, I meant New accounts will be closed after the platform believes that a cheater has a new account. (Don't worry, if you're new, this won't affect you, this only applies for accounts that might have came from cheaters)
My account isn't closed. It was just a fun joke that somehow happened to fool some people.
A real account that got closed for abuse will have a red circle icon, not a red X.
