Or, instead of being totally useless, you could maybe try ANSWERING THE QUESTION?
How do I report a player for bad sportsmanship?

Oh, I'm so sorry for using the wrong word. Instead of "banned," I should have said something else. I don't even know what the correct discipline should be. Wow, you're so right kaynite, that makes me just as bad as the guy breaking the rules! No wonder you defended him from the beginning!
[/sarcasm ]

Seriously, why are you even posting? If you're not going to help answer the question, please keep your stupid opinions to yourself, KAY?

Now seriously, nobody will get banned without breaking any rule. Lack of sportmanship sucks, but you must get used to deal with it. It's even worse OTB. Forget about it and look for another game.

The shorter time limits with increments like 15 10 limit a player's ability to walk away and leave somebody hanging like they can in a 30 0 game.
I haven't suffered the draw offer after every move torture in a while. Fortunately, they can only ask for a draw once per move.

i see what you did there...

People get to do that. Jokes on them, I rather (try to) have some dignity in my losing.
Laugh about it, (such draw offers are quite amusing) take the points, learn a lesson, play another game. For every jerk there's a sportive friendly person on too. Btw. you're not getting a sportsmanship prize here yourself.

I agree with Wobbly up there, sportsmanship in the game... dignity in the forums.
Decorum...
Just tell him he's blocked, tell him why and forget him. Smile. Move on... whatevs.
There are so many decent and non-jerks on here, it's a shame we don't ever see a ... 'How can I publicly applaud this player for his sportsmanship' forum?
I hate these posts, you know how to report someone... If it's THAT important to you.

I was just playing user johndiri, and when he's losing, he asks for a draw over and over, then just walks away, making me wait for the rest of his time to run out. I see from the comments on his page I'm not the only person he's done this to, how can I report him to get his account banned?
You are the one breaking the rules now.
As kaynight said "No naming and shaming".

Remember that you can simply ignore draw offers. You do NOT need to click on the "Decline Draw" button. Just make a move as usual when you're ready -- this automatically declines the draw offer. If your opponent makes repeated draw offers, they are only wasting their own time (as long as you remember to just ignore them).

Wait a minute...You want someone banned for this trifle? How do you get through a day without being mortally cut to the quick in this bad world?
It's crude. Have strength to bear it. Then it's fun.

Forget about it. Go for a walk around ur house in that 5-10 minutes.

This is not true - a player can offer a draw as many times per move as they can click the button.
Simply ignoring it isn't as easy as it sounds - I was playing on the android app, where the "accept" button happens to be right below the "submit" button. Ignoring the draw request can easily lead to accidentally accepting it when you were just trying to move. I don't think everyone understands that it's more than just annoying to do that to an android player.

I had a guy stall a game one move from mate.
Offered a draw 24 times, blocked me after the game.
You should just block people like Kaynight.
They think they are tough but are just a waste of Internet space.

No wonder kaynight is such a negative Nancy - looking at his games, he's lost 8 out of his last 10!
I understand you're frustrated, KN, but you shouldn't take it out on random people in the forums! Talk about bad sportsmanship...
I disagree. Bad sportsmanship does call for public shaming. That's exactly how you handle bad sportsmanship in real life! Let everyone know who is a bad sport. Then they will either play nice, or not get to play at all. I wouldn't overdo it, just state what they did. ChipotleJones was perfectly fair and right in what he did.
These same players wouldn't get away with it very long OTB.
