how to archive computer games ?

I'm new to chess.com. Why do some. , not all computer games get saved , or archived ? I've asked before, got 1 response, but the suggestion how to save the game didn't work. I have a gold membership.

If you're on the website, running a Game Review will automatically archive the game. Or you can manually do it

On Android you have to manually save games. I don't think iOS has the option yet.
