Thanks! When I see the Bowdler I know my opponent is clueless. Still I have to be careful. I'm trying to get iron solid against it but I'm not yet.

I'm a little ways from solid myself but I probably have a 90% win score over the Bowdler. I hope these daily games will share some key points:
This next one was a flawless victory for me. My opponent allowed me to touch on all the strong points of the opening:
although not the bowdler, i suggest a steup known as the botvinnik which is a setup with c5, e5, Nc6, Ne7, g6 and Bg7 and with or without d6..
this is from the following lichess game of mine: https://lichess.org/SXDuA9cV/black#17, where i beat a 1200 with this setup... and this works like a charm for all anti sicilians too....
U may like it if you like iqp positions...
I like to play the Sicilian Defense at almost every chance I get, especially the old variation characterized by c5->Nc6.
Now, more so than often I come across an opponent who opts for the Bowdler Attack as a retortn(yes, the respectable sir who bowdlerized Shakespeare), and it puts a smile on my face... because I hardly ever struggle against the Bowdler.
Allowing black to develop the center pawns with tempo begins a cataclysmic series of moves that will inevitably spell white's doom.
