This is actually a pretty interesting question...

Can u specify what skills the person in question has? And what assets? You said s/he has a home, but what about a car? Does s/he have a family? And is s/he allowed to sell the house?

Well, if u have all those skills and the credentials to prove it then you shouldn't have trouble landing a pretty good job. Still, you probably wouldn't make a million in your first year...

Hack bank accounts is impossible without being busted. And even if you do, you can't transfer big quantities of money since you would be busted.

Since you now own the bank, you dont have to repay the loan.
