How to open files with cba extension

Those are Chessbase files. Look on the Chessbase site. You may have to buy Chessbase to use them.
cba files are usually the compression format for digital comic books but in this case they probably contain text & diagrams (unless the Coach is suggesting the much feared Donald Duck gambit variation of the Micky Mouse opening)
Just Google how to open .cba files & choose from the free suggested sofyware whatever suits you. Chessbase will do it but if you don't want to buy it there is free software out there.
