how to play live blitz chess with a friend

hey guys, i've just joined the website and i'm trying to start a 10 min live game with a friend and all i can do is play a standard 1-3day per turn game which is very slow, any help please

Ok so when you go on live chess, you click on the friend tab (on youre right) And then you click on his name and then you click chalenge.

THere's only daily chess, no Blitz for me

anyone know how to do this?

i am also trying to invite a friend to a blitz game and there are only 'daily' options

click "play" then click "live chess" then "play a friend". i figured it out.

My friends aren't listed there as options, even when I search for them. Even though they show as 'online now' on the Friends page.

its a bit finicky but thats how i got it to work, a couple of months ago.
