Hi!
You can do that by clicking the "connect" button then the "friends" button in pop-up menu, then you will see these pending requests on the side.

Yes, you can manage this and many other things only on computer (or browser). That's also the reason why many players don't seem to react at all to some things - because they are using only the mobile phone app, and the app lacks some of the features that the internet version has. So, they don't see clubs or club notes, for example. They can't review friends, or use the search engine to select opponents.

Yes
I don't sent that many chess.com friend requests, but it now tells me that I can't send any because I have too many pending friend requests. It is probably from requests I sent a long time ago to inactive members (who I obviously forgot I sent a friend request to).
How can I view all of my pending friend requests so I can cancel them?
I might be a little late for this, but on PC/Browser, just go to Connect > Friends. Pending Requests should be on the right.

If you open a browser with mobile phone, it's the same internet version as on computer, so you can see everything.
But the app? The app doesn't have clubs, and it has limited features for friends. (Unless there are different apps for different devices. Mine is Android.)
