I have problems with live chess is my computer?

I have problems playing live chess these days the thing is for example when I play with opponent and he move a piece, I need click their piece to move, and later move my piece its a waste of time 

or need refresh the browser to the pieces moves correctly so is a serious problem I lost games and have tied games for that issue and if I watch a game is the same, is my computer or is a problem with the site?, because sometimes the games run normally without that issue, I use google chrome last version

Use firefox and update it to the latest version, works very well in my experience. (Bajate el navegador Firefox y descargale todas las mejoras me funciona muy bien a mi.)
