I want my theme back!

I have not yet spent a long time trying, but there seem to be a whole lot of different color settings with many of them involving the word "background" in their names. The fields I have tried to set to #55555 so far have not yet changed my background colour.

So far, there is no ready-made theme for the "old" setting, is there?

Ive been trying to adjust my theme using the "create a theme" button and it just does not work!  

everytime i type a color in it changes and then sends me out of the window.  It says im using the theme but there is no change....

there are bugs in it - working on a fix!

Hey don't listen to these prima donna's! I thought it was a marvelous change! I wasn't worried, cuz I knew you folks were working on site enhancements! Whew, Chess.com has come so far!

Btw, my 'replacement theme was black background, central board was green and pieces were black and white...anyone get the name of it? I loved it! Thanks in advance and cheers!!

erik - could you guys put a page up that explains all the little categories? i tried making some editions to my theme, but i got some colors switched and i really don't know which text is which, what means softer text??, or what panel means or anything like that, and how large a bkgrd-pic to cover all over the page if centered. so if there was like a page that had a diagram that pointed out those things it would help make themes come true!

I really like the Curved Edges of the New Look ... Would be great if we can have that with our Customised Themes as well ! Tnx.
