I think that this is why GM's play 1.e4 now. This game does not show best play, but it does show how active  Black's play can be in this line.

Anand switched from the slav in the recent match because he was tired of suffering in bad endgames. 

Na2 looks funky and just plain bad. Slav is solid and does a nice job of providing counterplay but its far far far from refuting d4.

a lot top GMs constantly switch openings to avoid being caught in computer prep.

I'd give two big ?? for this NN on 6.c5 It seems to me the begining of his misery! And it seems he was rather pressurised as well as was invited to a VERY BAD play by you. The tactics also claims to give a forceful weakness to your opponent if you played it right! Good tactical play! And NO, Slav doesnt refute d4. Infact, the 2 Qpawn and K pawns opening seem not to be refuteable if played sharply!
