Some member's award sections are having issues. Staff are aware and looking into it.

I think so, I’m on my alt and my main account I can’t even log in yet I tried here and it works. I don’t know what’s going on I’ve been trying for 3 days still not working.

Reviews on games in Library collections are currently broken, if that is where you're trying. Staff are aware of that issue and looking into it.
