The benefits that I am talking about is having a good retirement plan, having a free diamond membership on chess.com, getting free chess lessons from a GM, IM, FM, etc., getting free entry fees into big chess money tournaments, etc.

OK, thanks. I have been job searching for an another job. I currently work in a laboratory at Instutitue for Environmental Health.
How can this guy still be in high school? Boggles the mind.
