That's common. People often say (for instance about food) that it is "bad" rather than "I don't like it". It's much more approriate (and polite) to say you don't like it since there are people out there who love the food (or thing) in question.

You wonder why this site even retains threads serving no useful purpose. This would include some of my threads as well as the time of the postings can make much be useless.
Let's say there are 50 instance of the same type of word game and there are several active at the moment. What's the point in seeing any that have been inactive for over three years? It's not like any of these would be a useful reference for anything.
