Literally watched a cheater play

I was at my local gaming store last night and one of the kids brought his laptop and I saw he was playing Chess.com and using a cheating app. I asked him about it and he said he always cheats, every day, and never got caught ever. I watched him smoke 5 opponents by heating laughing the whole time. Chess.cok does absolutely nothing to people who cheat. I watched it with my own eyes. just to see if he was banned I texted him today, his account is up and running just fine and I played a game against him, which he used the cheat engine and won. If some random 19 year old is doing that Scott free imagine how much if this site is dominated by cheaters. this site is pure unadulterated garbage and dies not care about cheaters at all. I even told the kid I reported him, he didn't care he assumes he is getting reported daily, nothing ever happens
