My pages aren't loading correctly and I know it is not my computer because I used 16 different websites during that time and this is the only one that wouldn't work coreectly

Erik, Why dont you just inform everyone ahead of time that the site will be slow for sometime. So, we will not have to bombard you with bug requests and new help and support forum topics.

Given that, almost as good as informing everyone ahead of time would be if there was some kind of automatic indicator -- say, like the pages loading slower -- that could be used to indicate when there was an issue as soon as it started occurring.
I once worked for a company where the IT department sent out an e-mail alert to let everyone know that E-mail was down.

Have not seen any disconnections in the last 30 games.. I think its better than compared to other sites now. I quit playing on other sites.

i've not had any problems with livechess, though i was wondering if, when "chess.com is closed for updates", we could have more awareness of what is being updated.

Chess.com staff has to try hard to get back those members who began to play on other sites because of the problems we faced till now. Its a biggest challenge for them.
And also, I have a suggestion for them if they are reading. Please change the UI too, add some colors and give us option to change the board theme. It kinda looks boring.
