Are you sure both sides repeated moves 3 times or just you repeated your moves 3 times?
I'm very sure, I went back and forth with my king, the computer went back and forth with rook. 3 times, 8 times, several more times after that. Between the same two squares over and over again.

Ok, the live chess is still in beta version so I am sure this will be corrected very soon by the programmers. Thank you for reporting this bug in the live chess.
I had the same problem when I played in live chess about a week ago. The draw button didn't work even though there has a repetition more than 3 times.

don't worry guys - all of this is already all fixed, but it is just not pushed to the main live server yet. :)
It this still waiting to be fixed? I just lost a game on time which was clearly drawn by repetition , see BelloBello vs Bullzeye played a few minutes before this post.

I'm confused. I read here that there was an issue that was fixed, but just now I had a game that I believe should have been a draw several times. I may be wrong but the position was repeated over and over in a king vs. king and rook pawn endgame. The game is here: http://www.chess.com/livechess/game.html?id=284621723

Draw by repetition is not working properly on live chess. I repeated the position many times and click the "offer draw" button, but the game just kept going. I was playing against the computer who was happy to repeat moves with me over and over and over again.
