tsurvi  the next time you're having a problem here with your connection or how the site works tell people if you're using a PC or MAC, what operating system you're using and the OS version, what browser you're using (Firefox, IE8, whatever) and what the exact problem is, esp since your reference to "malware" appears to be dead wrong. Offhand I'd say what happened to you was some random glitch that you need to discuss with the people who run chess.com

Maybe next time all of the geniuses here who posted a bunch of BS instead of anything remotely helpful ought to consider the country of origin before making fun of someone's spelling - and failing to offer anything remotely resembling a useful answer. Then again, maybe the pt of these forums is just to poke fun at people who can't spell right, even if english isn't their native tongue. Or maybe the pt is to just have a good time (at someone else's expense of course) and ignore the question being asked.
