Try rechecking settings,(http://www.chess.com/home/alerts)
make sure ur using right email id.

Newb here, so apologies if I'm being thick!
One of the reason my friend and I started using this site is for the email notifications telling us when its our move. This makes it perfect for playing the odd move at work without having to give it too much focus.
They did work, but now they don't? The check box is ticked, and I do get notifications on other things, but not the move ones?
Any ideas?
