my friend's account has been blocked because of fair play policy without any notice

yesterday my friend told me that when he opened the app of chess.com it asked for logging in again, when he tried to log in his account, it said that your account has been blocked, with no reason and no method to recover it. today, in my friend list i saw my friend's account and it was written "closed: fair play".

please either give us a solution to recover the account or change the fair play policy to put a ban or stop for a particular time period for specific type for a punishment.

Your friend can open a ticket directly with support about it, using the email tied to that account. No one else can assist.

However, unless staff grant an appeal, there's no other way to get the account back.

Looks like both of you joined on the same day. The paratha thickens. The idli knows.

GEE I wonder why it was closed. And it’s kinda strange y’all both opened your accounts on the same day.

It may be a case out of staff's sight. There's particularly no other solution than opening a ticket seeking the reason to why his/her account was closed. I'm pretty sure that they'd be glad to send your query towards the fair-play staff.

Tell your friend to stop selling gummies and using engines.

Moral of the lesson, don't play chess at fairs.

Alternate moral:

if one must play chess at fairs, be sure to notice any plays/theatrical events/etc that might be going on

It hasn't been proven, you aren't an investigator, just an assumptive person who has demonstrated that you failed to apply critical thinking skills to differentiate behind your own highly tedious attempt to make a conclusion appear in your neurotic head in comparison to others who use deduction skills to reach different conclusions. There is no evidence that they use the same WiFi nor the same IP address, just your assumptions.

Did your friend not receive an email on the account associated to his membership?

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. It's indifferentiateable from a straight forward statement, you are just a lazy speaker/writer who expects others to read his mind, don't hide behind unexplained sarcasm next time, it's not clever.

You are the one being sarcastic, don't try to wrongly call others out by accusing them of possession the same level of negative attention as you.

explain why your friend got a 98.9 accuracy then, because in this gamehttps://www.chess.com/game/live/65316667459?username=hikaru Magnus and Hikaru achieved a 95.4 accuracy. Seems fishy that your "friend" somehow did better than these two GMs in accuracy. Also, 1300 rating with 90+ accuracy, Naw. Hikaru has 80-90s accuracy and he's one of the best players in the world. I don't believe your friend is somehow on of the best players in the world. Fools? We did solve a case, "for no reason", Naw they were using an engine.
