My opponent Stalling in Daily Chess

Okay so I make this post since I doubt Chess.com will punish a Premium Diamond Member. I play a daily chess againts Kaanbenza and I am in a winning position. He knows it, that is way he keeps spamming Draw Offers to me which is very annoying. Is there any option to automatically refuse draws? I hate draw, it is better that I lose the game rather than get a draw.

More importantly, he is a Premium Diamond Member, so I cannot do something againts him. When his time runs out, he automatically enter vacation mode. He is back, and move on his other games but he keeps offering draw on our game.

I do not care with my rating, I just dislike this kind of unsportmanship. Is there any option to avoid this, like making an option to automatically refuse draw, and play daily chess without vacation system? If not, I will consider to play on another site soon asap

Players who stall on the clock gets flagged and repeated offences puts them in a different pool of players who also stall the clock. But i'm not sure how true that is

Is there way to auto refuse draw > yes make a move 

This behavior if it is in fact as described is abuse and they ban people for it.  Nameing and shaming also gets you in trouble and on top of that does nothing to expedite the process only makes you look bad too.  Saying you will take your ball and go is likewise not winning any brownie points report him and move on.

I have reported him and it is in progress now. After this is done I will not play daily chess again though, just quit from this site altogether cause daily chess is the only thing that I enjoy here. Sad because I think this site has a very good UI, but as a non premium member, there is not much that I can do here.

Update: After about 3 weeks he is resigned now. But I decided to still play here, since I like many parts in this website which make me unable to leave it totally. I do not care if someone abuse the vacation next time. The problem is bullet and blitz are too fast for me, while classical is too long for me and mostly something happening to interrupt me while playing.  My heart beats very fast while playing blitz. So Correspondence chess is good for me. The downside is that someone can use engine. I hope chess.com remove the ability to share the PGN files while playing, like lichess do. But nevertheless, I do not care about that, I just want to play chess no matter the opponent is cheating or not since this is not a tournament. Thanks All for the response

Not sharing pgn files is not an obstacle for cheating, in fact some people cheat in every time control. The fact that one is a diamond member will not save someone who is cheating. 

However, I am not sure what they do with vacation abusers. They might warn them first before a ban. 

So this is why so many people prefer bullet games but I do not know though wether someone can cheat on bullet games or not

They do, as far as I've heard, but I don't know how.

I play long live games, and cheating is not that bad, I mean there are cheaters from time to time, but it doesn't spoil the fun of playing. 

I'm playing a really annoying guy in Daily Chess now.

He has a rook left and I have a knight. There is no way for him to win he knows it, I know it. Unless I would make an incredibly idiotic move which I'm not going to do.

I think we have made 80 moves by now. How do we end this without me having to give him the win?

He's entitled to use the time, you can maybe offer or claim a draw if you have made the 50 moves etc,

The last capture was on move 58, so unless you repeat the position three times, it will be a while before you can claim the 50 move draw.

If one is truly stalling, it is annoying. When I get one, I check their other games. If they’re playing I might report them. If they’re not playing at all, I give them the benefit of the doubt. Life happens beyond our control, maybe they’re ill or in the hospital. Who knows?

When you have diamond it sets auto to vacation mode when you get low on time.

I live a very busy life and at times need more thinking time on harder games.

This is a very tricky one. but I think if you play a game you know the options. I have a pair of games going at 7 days a move and the guys on vacation constantly. I just leave him too it.
