Hi,
I am trying to create a custom board theme that matches the "blues" board but without the background. Since the board is technically transparent and takes colors from the background, its difficult to make the board as an image and use the default background.

I have tried various different methods and wanted to know if there was a better way to do this.
Methods
- Making the board in photoshop, and importing it in with the Stylish chrome extension. The issue is, the board is always too fuzzy due to the upscaling that the website does
- Creating a custom theme with the background showing, but the rest of the background black. The issue is that it scales the background differently, so it doesnt line up.
- Coloring the board on its own is also blurry, because Stylish upscales the PNG a lot I have heard of the Chess.com interactive API but didn't see it which makes me think its not available. I believe that's the only way, because I need to give the image to the site and tell it how to format it and the background... but I was wondering if anyone has done this before.
Any help appreciated, I have spent WAY too long on this
