Well, you definitely have a private group chat if you make a group. You (okay probably the super admin) can make tournaments and send invites only to group members (I THINK you have to be premium to make a tournament but maybe you have a friend who can make the group/tournaments for you). And you can always just challenge specific friends, of course. You can make private group forums, photo albums and such too. Hope this helps

Hi there, I understand if you are a premium member on chess.com you can create private groups. I was wondering can you run tournaments and play against each other in this private group - ie. does it behave like a room?
I want to set up a virtual chess class online where members can chat, play games and generally interact. I am wondering the best online resource to achieve this.
