pls help me I kept losing ON TIME!!!!

try playing low timing games + try thinking your moves while the other player is making the move
i have explained this more elaborately in this https://www.chess.com/blog/TheMonkPlayingChess/the-first-step so this might help

Try playing longer time controls. Also, my coaching centers around efficient calculation. If you are interested, I can help you. PM me for more info!

1. Play longer time controls.
This is the obvious solution. If you're a slow player, play slow games.
2. Don't overthink.
This may sound rather hard to control, but I struggle with overthinking and have gotten better at not running into time trouble as of late. Remember that openings don't mean a lot (unless they're outright bad, but even then it's usually negligible) and your opponent likely has a million thoughts as well.
3. When your opponent makes a move, look for ideas on both sides.
Unless the move they just played was a blatant blunder (hanging a piece and/or mate, for example), you should always check to see what your opponent is trying to do. You may have to defend against something, or they may have blundered in a matter that's not immediately obvious. Either way, figure it out. Then, look for good responses that address what you found
Another important thing to do is to see if their idea works if you let it happen; if you can safely conclude that it doesn't work, you can usually ignore it, or find a way to hit them back.
