It's not possible with any level of membership, no. Although you could download all your games and store them in specific folders on your own computer, of course.

I know that with Diamond membership comes the ability to access all live games ever played, but is to possible to create special folders e.g. "My best games"? If so, does one have to upgrade to use this function?
