Just click on the FAQs and I reckon you will find a way to contact a Staff person, and they will fixe it for you.
Trust the menu, and if you take a wrong turn, nothing will break. I think you are just a bit scared to do it.

I have paid for premium accounts for many months, and thought it would be a good idea to pay for the full year to save money. Every month I would get the benefits the same day, if not the same hour I made the purchase. It has been 3 and a half days since I have made a full year's platinum purchase and I still do not have the benefits. Anyone else have this problem because 40 dollars is a lot for me.
