Rating refund

I got a 1 point rating refund in bullet today which doesn't make sense, I lost 10 points to a recent opponent that got banned not 1

Sounds stupid

Why doesn't chess.com do a better refunding system

You had a game against an opponent that was closed where you lost 1 point, so that refund was from that game.

But I haven't received refunds for all of them yet

Around 9 opponents have been banned, but I've received refunds for only 5 of them, does it usually take this long?

• If someone you played against was closed for a Fair Play violation, it can take up to 7 days before you are reimbursed for the points lost. If you still haven't received an email like the one above after 7 days, please write to support and we'll look into it.  

It's also possible some accounts were closed for games in a different pool than what they played you in.

There is that other rule, where if he played 100 games since your game or 90 days has passed(I think it is that much), you will not get the points back. For instance, once there was one opponent who beaten me twice in long games, but was banned after a few weeks. It turned out he played 100+ bullet games (and several rapid ones as well) since he played me, so I didn't get the points back.

Huh, interesting
