I guess there's little hope that you will understand the difference between trolling and scepticism but I will try one more time.

You posted that the games were broken beyond repair yet continued to use them anyway.

If they were really broken, it seems to me that you wouldn't continue.

You have played nearly 17,000 games in just two and a half years.

All I asked was why.

nah... you're a troll.  You've trolled just about every post I've made.

Your starting position is that the poster is always wrong and you work your way up from there.  You are the worst kind of support that someone can receive.

Actually, @notmtwain is probably our most helpful poster in the forums. He can't help people who don't want help and just want to complain, though. If you provide specific feedback to the Support team via Help --> Report a Bug, they'll do their utmost to help you - we've had staff actually visit people who have been having problems with the V2 -> V3 change over to try and get to the bottom of what's going on: they can't promise that level of service to everyone, of course, but it does reflect the site's commitment to helping their members.

Yes, by all means, there are tens of thousands of people happily playing here every day-- without problems.

But you have a problem. Therefore, it must be the site's fault. Couldn't possibly be a problem caused by the fact that you are 7,000 miles from the server...

Makes sense to me...

There you go again.   You can't help yourself.  Nice diagnosis.  I'm 7,000 miles from the server - so I must be a complaining dick?

The laptop beside me is ALSO 7,000 miles from the server.  ALSO on the same Wifi connection.  ALSO connected to the same ISP via fibre,  AND ALSO maintains a near perfect connection when playing bullet side-by-side - which is by far the majority of the 17,000 games I've played.

Please keep your "its-you-not-me" armchair analysis to yourself and troll off

Nice going back and editing your posts after I've responded BTW... classy stuff!

@notmtwain actually did help a lot, for those who cannot understand how the report option works. Fake reports are disregarded, after all.

Now that you have finally given a little explanation, send your complaint to support@chess.com. (Be sure to include the other info.)

Somebody recently suggested that phones have to choose between wifi and cell data. If you are playing bullet, this choice happens multiple times. Maybe, if you turn off cell data, they wouldn't have to choose.
